Branch Manager recruitment
Key purpose:
To manage debt collection operations. The role holder will drive the business forward aspiring to make this organisation Ireland’s ‘debt collection partner of choice.’ They will be responsible for managing the Branch on a day to day basis as well as developing excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
The role holder will not only concentrate on ensuring that the Branch consistently meet and exceed the collection expectations of its clients, but will also be required to grow and develop the Branch through the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
The successful candidate must also be able to lead, develop and motivate the existing team and any new members of staff, to ensure performance expectations and agreed targets are met and that activities are undertaken in a compliant manner at all times.
