Branch Office Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
- Review and approval of Options, Equities and Futures Transactions and Accounts
- New account documentation review and approval for Securities, Securities Options and Futures/Commodities Accounts
- Review of all correspondence (includes written and electronic (IM))
- Applicable Regulatory filings
- Error Account Review
- Regulatory Transaction Reporting Reviews
Qualifications
- Must have Series 7 and 24 licenses
- At least 5 years experience in a regulatory, compliance or a registered representative role in a broker dealer
- Good analytical skills including an understanding of process analysis and controls
- Excellent understanding of industry trading systems and software applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
