Macquarie Investment Management offers securities investment management capabilities across a number of asset classes including fixed interest, currencies, equities, infrastructure securities, private markets, hedge funds and multi-asset allocation solutions. It delivers a full-service offering to both institutional and retail clients in Australia and the US, with selective offerings in other regions.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of MIM Marketing, where you will be responsible for the management and development of the brand positioning, design and guidelines for MIM's brand across Australia, Asia and Europe.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop design and brand guidelines for MIM's brand globally and continue to evolve and refine these
- Ownership and execution of a brand strategy program to increase MIM's brand awareness with retail and institutional clients in Australia, and working with local distribution teams in Asia and Europe
- Demonstrate conceptual ability and an appreciation and understanding of brand value
- Responsible for graphic design elements in a broad range of collateral including flyers, email templates and reports (in print and digital), websites and advertisements
- Review and contribution to design and lay-out elements of PowerPoint presentations to strengthen the effectiveness of messaging and communication
- Oversee desk top publishing and printing processes
- Monitor market trends to identify potential areas to allocate budget
Key Skills Experience
- 5+ years experience in brand development and graphic design
- Ability to work from initial brief through to print production
- Creative communication skills - from idea generation to execution, and the ability to review and evolve
- Ability to prioritise and action work efficiently and effectively and exercise your own initiative
- Focussed on delivery within tight timelines, ensuring quality output and demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels (including external vendors)
- Knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry highly desired
