Position Summary:
The Brand Director will be a key part of the marketing team by developing a robust brand marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share. You will be responsible for developing a clear and compelling brand image and communicating this vision to the appropriate internal groups and external channels. The Brand Manager / Director will work closely with other constituents in the company to create and rollout a consistent brand position across all products and initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop strong brand positioning and brand strategy. Identify brand strengths and competitive advantage as well as opportunities to expand the brand reach.
- Create brand image, including tone, style, and messaging. Develop effective consistent strategies with the business and competitive strategy of the organization.
- Anticipates potential threats and identifies opportunities.
- Create Coupons.com consumer brand and Coupons, Inc. style guide sheets.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Creative, Public Relations, and Product Management teams to deliver integrated programs that drive customer engagement, brand awareness and affinity.
Position Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of experience in online brand/product marketing.
- Successful Brand/Product marketing track record at leading online consumer media or an ecommerce company.
- Creative, innovative, flexible and agile. Significant consumer marketing experience focused on online marketing, campaign development and management.
- Must enjoy working in dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Client-ready interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude.
- Experience in a start-up or small-company environment a plus.
- BA/BS required. MBA preferred
