Brand Manager is sought by our client operating on the FMCG market. This role is crucial to strengthen the company’s market presence, raise brand awareness in order to meet business objectives.

Position overview
 
The Brand Manager will be responsible for creating the brand strategy, defining short-term and long term commercial goals. The main accountability will be to suggest and supervise long term concept development of the assigned brands, carry out market analysis, consumer research in order to understand consumer needs, habits and practices. The winning candidate will evaluate the success of the brands on the given market and suggests the necessary changes for reaching the business goals. Hence the brand manager is ought to look for solutions regarding the marketing portfolio, execute all elements of the product launch process. He or she will organize consumer promotion activities, ATL/BTL campaigns in strong cooperation with Trade Marketing department. The brand manager will have the overall control on the marketing budget.

Required experience and skill set
College or University degree in Business/ Economics
3-5   years working experience in brand management
Trade Marketing, Sales experience and strong financial skills
Fluent English both written and spoken
Proactive attitude, dynamism, team spirit, creative and strategic thinking, result-oriented personality
Presentation skills
