Brand Manager Slough Temp - 6 Month Maternity cover ASAP start £150pd - 190pd One of the world's leading manufacturers, home to a raft of household names, is immediately recruiting for a Brand Manager - Cuprinal portfolio, to develop and implement the brands social agenda.
Supporting the Senior Brand Manager you will:
• Deliver the brands strategically important environment and sustainability agenda, organising 4-5 agencies and matrix working across the business
• Develop a communication strategy and plan to maximise awareness and participation in project through PR regional and national coverage of the campaign, leveraging community link and contacts via Groundworks, managing consumer direct application programmes and developing internal communications programmes
• Deliver plans to manage product/range life cycles including range additions and deletions using the Stagegate process
• Monitor product performance in order to maximise profit
• Rigorously track and report on brand performance to identify and overcome challenges and optimise opportunities using market research, audit data, EPOS data, competitive intelligence and internal financial reporting
The successful candidate will be graduate calibre and have significant brand management experience, preferably with a global FMCG company. You will be well versed in leading and managing cross functional teams including external agencies and have a strong all round marketing competence. Finally you must fully commit to the brand and the customers throughout the duration of the project.
