Requirement

Due to exceptional demand for its services the Butterfield Fulcrum Group is seeking a Branding and Marketing Associate to work in its Dublin office based in the city centre. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for global brand strategy and implementation. The successful candidate will enhance brand awareness and communicate the company message to target markets such as Prime Brokers, Auditors, Lawyers, Fund Managers, Family Offices and Institutional Investors and Allocators. This is a very hands-on role, increasing brand awareness as well as creating engaging communications and corporate presentations.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• A third level Marketing qualification with a minimum of 4 to 5 years post qualification experience in this field

• Strong knowledge of brand management and the ability to leverage multiple channels of communications within industry

• Knowledge of effective social media

• A successful track record in a similar branding role

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• The ability to keep abreast of wider marketing activities as opportunities for promoting the company

• Strong presentational, organisational and project management skills

• Experience presenting to senior management and client liaison

• The ability to work on his/her own initiative and take the lead where necessary

• Persuasive and highly motivated with a strong hands-on attitude

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Performed a similar role in the Financial Services Industry

Candidates will be required to attend for interview, which may include conference calls with other locations.
