TEAM LEADER - RECRUITMENT
DEVELOP EXISTING SUPPLY
As a result of the growth of the current managed service agreement with this client, a Team Leader focusing on recruitment and service delivery is required to manage the supply of temporary and fixed-term staff across the APAC region (excluding-Japan).
The role requires an experienced manager of recruitment services with a proven track record of building and managing internal and external relationships, preferably with a banking or financial services background. Focus will be on developing the existing temporary and fixed term supply as well as managing the onsite team in service delivery and talent sourcing.
To qualify you will have six years or more of recruitment experience, preferably as a business partner within a financial services organisation and have a broad understanding of relationship building, client facing and service delivery. You will provide a market leading managed recruitment service, coordinating the temporary and fixed-term recruitment process and consistently communicating with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, HR, Agencies, Colleagues) around candidate attraction, sourcing, offer negotiation and candidate on-boarding to ensure the best candidate is recruited in the required timeframe, contributing to the growth of an established top ranked investment banking business.

RECRUITER
DELIVER SEAMLESS RECRUITMENT SERVICES
This is an excellent opportunity for recruitment professionals who want to experience a managed service delivery on a regional scale in a highly professional and challenging environment. You will be involved in delivering a seamless recruitment service to the business, playing an active role in supporting the recruitment process from requisition to placement across the APAC region (excluding-Japan).
The role requires a proven recruiter with exposure to both temporary and fixedterm hires, preferably within a banking or financial services environment. Focus will be on primary contact to the client, suppliers, temps and direct candidates, as well as liaising with back office services and producing and refining reports.
To be considered you will have two or more years of relevant recruitment experience in a similar high volume environment as well as possess excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills. The ability to quickly identify and understand the drivers of the client and recommend service development opportunities will ensure you are adding true value to the recruitment service delivery.

IT RECRUITER
IDENTIFY GROW MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS
Owing to an extension of the current managed service agreement, a new requirement exists for an individual to manage the sourcing relationship for the supply of temporary and fixed-term (non FTE) technology staff across the APAC region (excluding-Japan).
This role requires someone with a demonstrable track record of identifying and growing meaningful relationships with a demanding IT client base, ideally within the financial services sector. Given the focus of this role will be technical awareness and competency we are happy to consider applications from individuals without banking domain knowledge.
To qualify you will have five or more years IT recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house capacity and have a broad understanding of technology from software development, project management and business analysis to enterprise infrastructure.
Partnering with suppliers it is expected that you will act in a consultative manner giving best practice advice around candidate attraction, sourcing, offer negotiation and candidate on-boarding. Whilst there is not a ‘direct sourcing’ component to this role you will be close enough to the recruitment process to add true value in allowing this client to effectively grow and manage a consistently top ranked technology business.
