Broadband Data Analyst-01117628 Description Key Role: Support or lead data analysis of telecommunications in wireless, wireline, or broadband programs for federal government clients. Assist government or commercial managers with supporting federal communications initiatives, including creating data gathering methodologies and tools to effectively collect telecommunications-related information and providing critical analysis of projects and telecommunications data to assist clients with making informed decisions. Analyze and present quantitative findings and recommendations persuasively to assist multiple stakeholder types in making strategic, planning, and implementation decisions. Present the quantitative analysis in aconsumable manner for key stakeholders. Use various tools and methods, including Microsoft Excel and Google Maps to execute complex quantitative analyses, identify trends and outliers, determine root causes of challenges or issues, and inform multiple stakeholders of current and projected status of initiatives. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -4+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry-Experience with using analytical and business intelligence tools to retrieve, analyze, and report quantitative data analyses-Experience with commercial, federal, or state communications and telecommunications policies and requirements-Ability to understand technical, financial, and policy issues and challenges in planning, implementing, and maintaining telecommunication networks -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree required Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
