POSITION OVERVIEW: Under general supervision, serves customers by resolving customer issues related to their internet and video products and services while providing information about other product lines. Solicits orders for new products and services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Professionally, accurately, and effectively handle in-bound calls from customers requesting: Video troubleshooting Internet connectivity troubleshooting Changes to customer records Credits and payments to customer accounts Billing inquiries Identify opportunities to sell additional Charter products and services during customer interaction Resolve customer questions or concerns in one call Home Networking and Security Suite support Meet or Exceed monthly performance metrics Perform other duties as may be requested by Supervisor PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 0-1 years experience in a technical Call Center for a Communication Company EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION LICENSES: High School diploma or equivalent WORKING CONDITIONS: Office Environment
