RESPONSIBILITIES
Position supports both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort, as well as global sites. Responsible for producing quality television spots, radio, internet and other long-form marketing content that capitalizes on advertising the Disney Parks and Resorts brand. This position requires comprehensive production skills as well as creative abilities. This is a dynamic, high-performance, high-pressure position that requires a natural leader who is diplomatic, a self starter demonstrates a great attitude and is willing to work long hours.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of the production and post production industry
• Must be able to manage high profile large production shoots with significant budgets
• Must be able to execute creative content and new ideas
• Extremely well organized and an excellent communicator
• Knowledge and understanding of the creative process is required
• Ability to work closely with a broad range of global clients and requestors (internal external)
• Ability to work closely with internal and external clients on concept and production development and execution
• Strong technical knowledge and innovative ideas on how to improve production
• Reel of completed work required via web link
• Ability to lead a multi-discipline team
• Ability to develop and execute complex production solutions
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse client base
• Adapt to the constantly changing environment of advertising/marketing production
• Travel may be required to properly fulfill assignments
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
