RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an entry level position. Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting Global Broadcast team in daily operations, including production calendars, preparing meeting and presentation materials, and coordinating with partners in communicating information regarding necessary aspects of the production process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year industry (production/agency) experience
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
• Demonstrated strong partnering skills
• Proven experience with PC Mac, including MS Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word Excel.
• Willingness to learn new software applications
• Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
• High School degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong organizational skills a must. Self motivated and resourceful.
• This is a deadline-based, high stress environment. Long hours and weekend work may be necessary.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime
• Knowledge of asset coordination, dubbing, DVD burning, creating digital files, file transfers, labeling, logging and digitizing assets
• Knowledgeable of media formats
• Ability to assemble presentation materials
• High computer literacy: proficient in PC Mac, including MS Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word Excel. Ability to stay current on new production techniques technology.
• Knowledge of budget estimates.
• 4 year college degree - Communications, Film/Television Production, Marketing or Liberal Arts
