RESPONSIBILITIES
Position is responsible for guiding smaller productions (e.g., sizzle videos, long-form videos, radio). This position will support producers and Production Director with their productions. Coordinate necessary assets, talent, music and appropriate vendors for assigned projects; prepare schedules and estimates for tracking projects throughout production process. Position will be guided by producers and report to Production Director.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 year college degree or equivalent, Film production, broadcasting, music or related arts major.
• 3 to 5 years industry Experience
• This is a deadline-driven, high stress environment. Long hours and weekend work may be necessary.
• Proven Production Industry experience
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated budget and scheduling management skills
• Ability to produce projects (i.e., sizzle videos, long form videos, and radio commercials) and guiding them to completion
• Proficient in schedules, timelines and managing key dates
• Knowledge of media file formats and frame rates.
• High computer literacy: proficient in PC Mac
• Knowledge of production bid formats. Current on new production techniques technology.

• Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows Mac environment
• Willingness to learn new software applications
• Demonstrated strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Proven strong background in Broadcast Production
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
• Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated strong partnering skills
