The Desk
The goal of the Service Order desk of BinckBank is to deliver an excellent service to all our customers.

Together with your colleagues you will try to reach the highest possible client satisfactory rate. You will do this by exceeding the expectations of the customers. For this, the level of service, the quality of your work and your knowledge of the financial markets needs to be extremely high.

Employees of the Service desk are focused and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality. All brokers are very well trained en are passionate to the financial markets. The atmosphere on the desk is informal.

The Job
As the broker of the Service Order desk you’re the first contact to our clients and responsible for the following tasks:

• Answering questions about orders, portfolio’s, our trading systems, national international markets by telephone or e-mail
• Placing orders
• Each question/order will be answered or executed by you until the client is satisfied. By doing this, you ensure together with your colleagues a very high service level. Because of that, your work is diverse and varied.

The Profile: bachelor/master
• You’re looking for a starting position;
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language in word and writing;
• English speaking;
• Very service- and customer focused;
• Flexible regarding working hours;
• Honest, can cope with stress;
• Good with numbers;
• Excellent communication skills;
• You live in the Milano area;
• An experience in the customer care area of other intermediaries specialized in investment services benefits your profile.

• An intensive training: de first 2 weeks you will be, together with other starting brokers, very well educated in our products and systems and the financial markets. This education exists of a theoretical and a practical part and ends with an exam. After this there is an on-the-job training of 6 months where you will learn everything about the financial markets.
