Broker Support Associate
Main duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to retail and institutional clients
- Handling customer enquiries through a chat system, telephone, email and Salesforce, in a timely and professional manner
- Promote the company through educating clients about our products and services, attending exhibitions and seminars
- Participate in project work such as website development, translations, marketing campaigns, forum monitoring and analysis, webinars
Essential skills:
- Fluent German speaker and excellent written skills
- Good knowledge of the FX, CFDs and Spread betting market, and the financial market in general
- Must have experience of working in the financial services sector, in a FX and CFD brokerage
- Must have good working knowledge of MetaTrader trading platforms
- Must be highly organised and have a flexible approach to work
- Must be customer oriented and able to demonstrate strong team-working skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience using Salesforce
- IT literate
- Must be willing to work a shift rota and occasional night shifts
Desirable skills:
- Speaks an additional European language
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree minimum – financial degree preferred
