Broker Support

Main Duties:-

Daily Dealing Support - assisting brokers with ad hoc requirements, e.g. deal queries, confirmations, new client set up, customer database updates, liaison with back office/compliance.

Deal Settlement – ensuring that all LIFFE deals executed have been claimed by customers by close of business, via monitoring of TRS/ABN Amro clearing/customer contact.  Reconciliation of daily trade reports from ABN Amro to order slips and entry of deals onto database.  Production of confirmations where required by customers.  Daily reporting of gross and net brokerage. FCA reporting of applicable transactions.

Customer Documentation – ensuring that all LIFFE customers have completed give-up agreements in place, correct details of contacts etc, agreed brokerage rates.
