Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available at a City based Insurance Broker for an experiencedindividual who is able to bring an existing book of business with them. The successful candidate will have prior broking experience in specialist lines of business.
Responsibilities include:
To maintain and enhance, where required, existing Client relationships ensuring that the premium income contributes to the achievement of your own and thecompany`s financial targets
- To actively acquire new Client relationships which will contribute to the achievement of your own and the department`s financial targets
- To actively develop and maintain professional relationships with Insurer partners, affiliates and other appropriate third parties

Minimum of5 years experience within a Broking or Insurer environment
- A proven sales focused approach to client relationships whilst ensuring that excellent customer service and advice is provided at all times
- Excellent inter-personal and telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- To have good organisational skills and be able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast moving environment
- The ability to meet deadlines, keep promises and prioritise own workload
