Role Summary
Reports to the Brokerage Manager Asia Pacific, a Brokerage Assistant will be able to handle the invoicing and brokerage functions for all Business lines in APAC. This position also requires candidate to have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Chase outstanding receivables
- To handle the invoicing and brokerage functions for all business lines in APCA
- Reconciliation of data
- Compile report to show levels of outstanding payments and actions taken
- Responsible for 3rd Party Payables and payment collection
Requirements
- Familiar with the operations of Securities and Futures industry
- Good understanding of Futures and options markets and products
- Diploma holder in Finance or equivalent
- Good command of written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in PC applications such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Independent, proactive, self-motivated, analytical and willing to work under pressure
