Our client is one of the leaders across global markets. The global operations team plays an important role working with the businesses including supporting business growth, risk and control environment. This particular team is a new business aligned team brought together to support the business across different divisions.
You will specifically look at the brokerage cost with elements of project and worksteam management. You will need to have in depth knowledge in business analysis, gathering requirements and process re-engineering. You will also work with various stakeholders such as IT to bridge the gap between Operations and IT to ensure requirements are met.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Banking Finance
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience across Change/Business Analysis
- Strong knowledge across operations process work flow
- Experience across Operation functions and framework
- Product knowledge across Brokerage, Funding or Payments
- Proven track record of people management skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
