Aon Reed Stenhouse is the Canadian risk management arm of Aon. In Canada, Aon Reed Stenhouse’s roots go back to 1850. Primary Duties:
- Handles direct inquires from clients
- Acts as an assistant and back-up to brokers and account managers.
- Produces cover notes, endorsements, invoices and certificates of insurance.
- Processes client requests for policy changes
- Issues insurance certificates when requested
- Requests insurance company documents on a timely basis
- Inputs documents and invoices on Xpress
- Assists account managers and brokers with correspondence, reports and presentations
- Handles abeyance and information systems for the team
- Provides administrative support to the Marine and Marine Claims team
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience:
- Minimum of one year insurance experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- RIBO license or the ability to obtain your licence quickly is required.
- Team player.
