Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.
Description
Incumbent is responsible for interpreting and transcribing Payee information from a brokerage client's check whereby an Enhanced record is generated within the Image processing system for transmission to the Broker at EOD. Operator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of items regarding Payee, Check Date and Tax Code as presented. Upon successful completion of job training, the incumbent must be able to achieve and maintain productivity and quality levels within established department goals/standards.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Alpha-numeric data entry experience is a plus. 10,000 to 12,000 keystrokes/hour are required.
