Opportunities have arisen to join MRB as a Business Development Manager within our professional services sales team . As a boutique provider of business banking we are able to tailor unique and highly service driven solutions for our clients and the focus in this role will be in professional services. Working as a key member of the Sydney Sales team your role will be primarily to drive new to bank business growth.
You will have a passion for delivering results, providing exceptional solutions in analytically assessing your client's business needs. Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth progression to settlement, ensuring all requirements are met and ultimately a successful transition to our business.
Success in this role;
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.
- Strong achievement and sales drive -motivated and resilient with a proven record of delivering results.
- Show effectiveness in your planning and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills highlighted by your ability to build longstanding relationship with clients.
- Be accountable for your actions.
- Strong credit skills ideally on business cashflows within a business banking environment
- Show leadership qualities, positively influencing the team with your energetic and proactive attitude.
