Required skills:

Knowledge of commonly used budgetary tools, methods, practices, procedures, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Provide analysis of DC3's controversial or precedent setting policies, or changes that may impact effectiveness or required additional support. Knowledge of a wide range of analytical/ investigative techniques and qualitative/ qualitative methods to conduct comprehensive studies and make recommendations on substantive operating programs and policies. Comprehensive knowledge of USAF policies and procedures.

Desired skills:

Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze data to prepare budget estimates, develop alternatives, and make recommendations to resolve budget/ funding problems.
