Budget Analyst recruitment

A Global Broker-Dealer is looking to add a Budget Analyst to their already impressive NY team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the annual budget, conducting ad-hoc financial/business analysis, variance analysis, preparing presentations for senior management, project management and providing decision support.

The perfect person for this position will be a polish professional with high energy, positive attitude, and a great work ethic. They must have ability to multi-task, react well to change, possess excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to work as an effective manager and team member.

Job Requirements: The perfect candidate for this position will have an MBA with at least 3 years of budgeting experience within the financial services industry (preferably Broker-Dealer). Must have demonstrated ability to conduct financial analysis, be a self-starter and able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working senior management, have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
