JOB SUMMARY:
 

Responsible for the overall upkeep and cleaning of the Community building.  Works as a team participant along with building staff to ensure the Community building meets the quality standards set by the Company, by treating all residents, employees, co-workers and vendors as customers, i.e. saying “Thank you.”

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
 

1.      Monitors all residents guests that enter the building ensuring their comfort safety.

 

2.      Sweeps and maintains sidewalks around the building and all other public areas as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.

 

3.      Maintains Community flowerbeds by pruning, weeding, and watering as needed.  Plants flowers, and other ground material as requested.

 

4.      Monitors pool and spa chemicals daily and maintains logbooks as required by health department.

 

5.      Maintains and cleans pool and spa as needed.

 

6.      Monitors residents and guests when signing in to use the facilities that they follow the guidelines set forth by the management and reprimand as needed.

 

7.      Monitors and reports any insect damage and/or plant disease affecting the landscape to the Maintenance Supervisor/General Manager

 

8.      Works closely with management and building staff in developing a team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of ELS, through the use of professional communication including a proper phone and in-person greeting and professional written communication when needed.

 

9.      Assist General Manager with resident inquiries in a timely, professional manner, demonstrating the ability to solve problems and address conflict in a positive manner, i.e. exhibiting patience and concern.

 
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record along with proof of auto insurance.
