This commercial property management organization has an immediate need for a Building Engineer to maintain company's property with preventative and maintenance issues related to HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Experience with Trane SWUA-30 tons; Refrigeration Controls Pneumatics and perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and related equipment. Successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years hands on experience. Ideally someone who has been a team lead or a Supervisor. Company offers great compensation, bonus and benefits package.
