Building Maintenance
2 positions available at busy shopping center. Both are hourly positions, one full-time position working 5 day shifts per week (Tues thru Saturday) and one part-time position working 3 evening shifts (Thurs thru Saturday). Duties for both positions include custodial and janitorial work, regular property inspections, assisting tenants as needed and light reporting. Individuals must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., speak and write the English language clearly effectively, and must have a valid California driver's license with a clear DMV record. Full-time position includes a benefits package.
