Building Maintenance Technician
Duties
:
Environmental responsibilities including ensuring that all local, state and federal regulations are complied with. To include OSHA, ADEC, Clean Water Act, Storage tank regulation and fire department. Keep grounds clean and orderly. Repair and maintain shop and parts department equipment. Follow the pollution prevention plan.
Qualifications:
PC literate, Windows application and data entry. Must be able to drive forklifts. must have valid state drivers license. High School diploma or equivalent, ability to operate a ten-key, copier, and other common office machines with proficiency. Must possess excellent customer service skills, ability to handle working in a fast paced, stressful work environment, Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
