Our client, The Adler and Allan Group provide a range of professional oil industry services and environmental services to a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Ireland. Their services consist of spillage response, disaster relief, fuel and tank installation, fuel distribution, waste management plus a range of complementary services that includes tank cleaning, pollution prevention and emergency fuel deliveries. They have highly trained teams, specialist equipment and vehicles located within their strategically important network of depots and treatment plants and are one of the UK’s leading oil and environmental service providers.

They are now looking to a recruit a full time Building Operations Team Leader to manage Operators employed to undertake project work that includes relevant building works. This role is based at the company’s depot in Droitwich, reporting to the Project Manager.

The successful Operations Team Leader candidate must be suitably qualified and possess a proven track record of supervising a team employed to undertake building project work. Preferably from a similar industry, the successful candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of supervising operators within this environment, ensure works are undertaken in a safe manner with the utmost regard for Health and Safety and contribute to delivering excellent service to customers whilst encouraging projects to run within budget and time specifications.

The company are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual with relevant industry knowledge and team leader experience with a proven track record in project supervision building work and able to resolve problems using their own initiative. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organisational skills and will prove to be an asset to the company and such worth will be proven and measurable within a short period of time after commencement of employment. The Building Operations Team Leader will be expected to fulfil other work they are capable of undertaking; training for additional tasks will be provided.
