Building Project Manager
LHI Retirement Services is one of South Australia’s leading providers of Aged Care Services. LHI consistently undertakes new building and renovation works in excess of $7M annually.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team of dedicated staff, in the newly created role of Building Project Manager, to oversee all aspects of building and related works, including liaising with engineers, builders, trades and clients.
The successful person must have proven project management experience in building construction and maintenance.
Excellent organisation skills and highly developed communication skills at all levels, together with a proven ability to successfully plan and manage concurrent projects of varying sizes and complexity are pre-requisites.
