Our client is one of London’s finest private members’ Clubs offering exceptional facilities and first class service. Members enjoy unlimited access to superb Clubhouses both in London and the Home Counties and their facilities are viewed as “home from home” where members enjoy a whole host of benefits including an extensive events programme and wide range of sports and leisure activities.
Our client is now looking to recruit a Building Projects Manager. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will work closely with the General Managers and your team to ensure that all engineering and maintenance projects are managed effectively, on time, within budget and to an impeccable standard. You will also direct the strategy and budgets for a number of development projects for our clients’ prestigious buildings and as Building Projects Manager, you will ensure that all worked carried out is fully compliant with current building regulations. You will ideally have an understanding of listed building and heritage guidelines or have experience of working as a Senior Engineer/Building Projects role in the hotel or luxury apartment sector.
You will ideally be a graduate (or equivalent) with extensive engineering/building projects management experience and have strong planning, communications and budget management skills.
The role will require time in London and Surrey.
Our client offers a salary of approx £80-100K plus a good range of benefits.
