Building Services Contract Manager

We are currently recruiting for a superb opportunity to work as part of the maintenance team in one of the UK's biggest and most respected maintenance providers. We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager within building services to work in a busy and challenging environment. It is currently a highly demanded role with a big response we are looking for that one person to join the team and hit the ground running. This client in particular pride themselves on offering a quality high end service to its numerous clients.

The company itself is a leading provider of hard soft services in the built environment with a reputable history. Working international and national they are highly successful within various sectors. Their estimated turnover is approximately £200m turnover and have a good reputation for career development and progression.

Job Title: Building Services Contract Manager
Location: London
Salary: Circa £45,000
Start Date: March/April
Working pattern: Days (Overtime + Company benefits)

Your Role:
You must be experienced withing Building Services and experience previously as an engineer. You will be looking after an number of contracts, dealing with the technical side of things, making sure any problems are dealt with in time, looking after profit loss accounts, following health and safety procedures, issuing permits, method statements and risk assesments, visiting clients and seek opportunities for development within contracts, monitor and control sub contractor costs, undertake in repricing of existing contracts, attend monthly operational meeting as requested. You must be able to work on your own with competency, as role could lead to a more senior position in the future.
