Building Services Technical Service Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Building Services Technical Manager to join a team in a client facing prestigious environment. Job Title: Building Services Technical Manager
Location: Upminster
Salary: Circa £35,000 - £45,000 (plus hols + company benefits and yearly bonus)

Your Role:
You will be office based mostly, we are looking for a technical manager that has the ability to deal with budgeting and project works. You should have the full working knowledge in the running and maintenance of all Electrical systems with experience in mechanical plant aswell. Everyday will vary, from Installation and maintenance to budgeting and pricing up projects, making sure all service engineers are at the correct job and picking up any problems in process.
Specifications Qualifications:
-Electrically qualified
-Previous experience in above role and also as an engineer
-Client facing
-Good verbal and written skills
-Steady career history
-Estimating and budgeting experience
Desirable:
Supervisory experience
Specialist courses
