Bulge Bracket Investment Bank seeking experienced UK IBD specialists (x2) at Senior Associate and VP levels, potentially junior Director (TMT focus)
We are currently looking for experienced UK investment banking professionals who have expert knowledge of the UK takeover code and other PLC related regulations in the context of financings and MA.
Our client is arguably one of the most active platforms right now in terms of MA and capital markets deal flow and there is a genuine need to add some weight across key execution levels, specifically from experienced Associate to newly promoted Directors. A couple of good VPs would be ideal. The current team structure offers a tremendous level of headroom and the potential to develop your clients and grow in the team.
Our client has expertise across all industry sectors but would ideally prefer candidates with a bias towards TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications). Current deal flow in TMT is extremely high and looks set to remain this way. Sector specialist candidates in TMT will be considered but ideally a strong UK IB profile must complement this.
