Bunker Manager / Purchaser, London
Our client, a leading dry bulk vessel owner, are seeking an experienced bunker manager to join their London team. A successful candidate would ideally have buying/purchasing experience within a leading owner, and be looking for a position which could offer progression to global head of purchasing.
Responsibilities of Bunker Manager Purchaser, Leading Vessel Owner, London

· Planning, budgeting and procurement of bunker fuels across Europe and EMEA region
· Negotiating optimizing contracts with suppliers
· Monitor, analyse and reporting on market trends
· Work closely with chartering and operations business units
Skills required for Bunker Manager Purchaser, Leading Vessel Owner, London

· At least 5 years experience in a bunker purchasing / buying positon
· Proven track record in a commercially focused position
· Language skills would be beneficial
· Ability to be based in the UK
