• Good understand of Grains (Wheat, Corn, Oilseeds, Pulses)
• Design Strategies for the Indian Agricultural Trading Business
• Managing large profitable sustainable operation –

• Profit Centre Head / Management Experience
• Strong knowledge of the Indian Subcontinent
• Managing the primary sourcing and processing operations – Backward integration
• Setting up systems and control mechanisms to control risks across the supply chain
• Manage. Mentor Develop new talent
• Be willing to be Based in India - Delhi.
• 12-14 + years proven experience in a professional commercial environment
