The Role
• Managing and delivering of projects within the Business Systems Team regionally
• Ensure the business expectations in terms of system support are met
• Liaising with key business stakeholders for their needs, priorities and ultimately project delivery
• Working closely together with APAC IT team to support efforts related to application needs
Your Profile
• Detailed knowledge of best practice system support processes - ITIL processes
• Minimum 5 years of Basic technical knowledge of system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts
• Project Management methodologies
• Insurance processes
• eGlobal experience is a must for the role
