Business Administration Asssistant/Team Secretary recruitment

The role has responsibility for providing support to the sales marketing teams, event planning and office management in the Hong Kong Taiwan office. The job holder will also be required to run and facilitate training sessions with other offices globally.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS:

It is essential that the job holder has previous experience working within the financial services as an office manager/team assistant with event planning an advantage. Must be fluent in English, Cantonese with conversational Mandarin preferred.
