Business Administration Asssistant/Team Secretary recruitment
The role has responsibility for providing support to the sales marketing teams, event planning and office management in the Hong Kong Taiwan office. The job holder will also be required to run and facilitate training sessions with other offices globally.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Supporting the Sales Marketing teams by assisting in formatting and production of specific marketing material for client prospect meetings including bespoke power point presentations.
- Prepares both routine and specialized correspondence, memos, and reports as required by the sales marketing teams.
- Research and arrange specific business developmental events liaising with specialist speakers from the industry and providing all the administration support around this.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, check invoices, update passenger information and link loyalty schemes to travel bookings and be the point of contact for Asian region.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES:
- Office Management experience
- Prior event planning experience
- Ability to train and manage other members of staff to a high standard and specific to the company need
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to work autonomously
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Experience within a global organisation preferred
- Two years office management and event planning experience required
It is essential that the job holder has previous experience working within the financial services as an office manager/team assistant with event planning an advantage. Must be fluent in English, Cantonese with conversational Mandarin preferred.
