Job Description
Responsible for providing secretarial support to Business Head and his team. This is a fast pace environment requiring the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintain excel spreadsheets/databases
- Assist preparation of presentation materials
- Required to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Taking minutes for key business and control meetings
- Assist across other ad-hoc projects / operational issues as and when required
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience
- Commodities, operations and middle office experience in a trading or financial firm advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, project management orientation
- Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization
- Ambitious, high energy and detail-oriented
- Strong organization and planning skills, can manage multiple changing and conflicting priorities
- Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills
