Description:
Administer select orders to meet contract obligations and performance to customer requirements
a) Coordinates all order related activities with, internal GST support staff, sales, and customers
b) Expedites orders as needed to meet customer requests
c) Assures order details are accurate and in conformance with customer needs and factory capabilities
d) Communicates order/customer requirements to other groups
e) Assures impacts of change orders are properly communicated
f) Reviews reports to ensure accuracy and timely response to customer requirements
Acts as an advocate of the customer through RMT facility
a) Answers customer phone calls professionally and consistently
b) Provides a highly responsive service oriented interface for the customer and Field Sales
c) Resolves matters pertaining to order administration and post order activities across departments
d) Primary point of contact for commercial related queries and requirements
Maintains understanding of general business practices
a) Acquires an understanding of company specific products products
b) Acquires familiarity with the Process Industry
c) Participates in continuous improvement activities
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
