Business Administrator Job in Darwin, Northern Territory Australia
A dynamic progressive not for profit organisation seeks the expertise of a well developed Administrator. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, your role truly offers the opportunity for versatility challenge on a day to day basis.
Assuming the reins as the “go to” administrative person, your role will involve but is not limited to the following aspects:
- Maintain process archiving of corporate records in line with archiving convention business policy.
- Update, maintain provide support within general IT across the business.
- Maintain mobile phone register, asset register other corporate services registers as required.
- Receive building/asset maintenance requests ensure they are handled efficiently.
- Attend to routine fleet issues as directed by the Business Services Manager.
- Ad hoc corporate services duties as required.
You will have a mature outlook possess proven skills as a highly established administrator. You will be committed dedicated to joining a strong team environment where your initiative will be valued often called upon.
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following criteria:
- A solid administrative background with a focus on continual process management improvement.
- Strong computing skills with proven experience in coordinating, editing providing advice on corporate intranet services MS office application.
- High level organisational skills with the ability to utilise initiative whilst contributing to a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written verbal with the ability to formally prepare distribute minutes.
- Knowledge of administrative, financial procedures protocols with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the use training of intranet SharePoint or similar will be highly advantageous.
