Business Analysis Consultant I
The job holder is responsible for developing and improving testing standards, processes, templates, investigating testing tools, and ensuring compliance of the established Major Project test method for a portfolio of projects. In this role S/He oversees test system configurations, test execution and test scripts for complex integrated systems. S/He also works with the Program/Project Manager, Business Analysis Lead, and Test Lead of assigned projects to develop a test's defining documents (Test Strategy, Test Approach, and Plan), and to manage client relations with regards to testing by establishing and managing service objective expectations, setting project priorities, and coordinating and reporting testing progress. Once the project is underway, the candidate will monitor and provide needed support to each project's test execution to ensure successful completion. S/He can perform these functions for large-scale mission-critical projects with minimal guidance. S/He works across multiple global internal and often external business and technology groups on strategic programs, and is involved from initial strategy/planning and scope definition through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementing of the solution. S/He demonstrates a good understanding of end-to-end operation flows across multiple system applications and experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes and methodologies.
