The Role The Prepaid Business Analysis position will work directly with the Fraud Policy, Fraud Operations, the Service Provider and peer organizations within Card Services to manage the prepaid product. This position will partner with IT, Policy, and Operations to execute against the risk management goals associated with the prepaid product. Manage the operational execution of risk management policy. Review and communicate key business metrics to management. Work with both internal and external I.T. teams on all projects, and coordinate all system and new product testing through them for final implementation. Oversee all customer issues and questions as related to prepaid product sales. Work with Analytical and Operations teams to identify and mitigate fraud trends. Position can located in Columbus OH, Tempe Az, Elgin IL, Chicago IL, Newark Del or Wilmington Del Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and at least three or more years of financial and retail inventory experience is required. Experience managing a prepaid program a strong plus. Experience: Experience in retail with concentration in electronics/prepaid products strongly desired. Strong analytical skill set with a technical apptitude and/or understanding of how prepaid products are managed. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office a must. Advanced experience in Excel strongly desired. Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis. Direct experience negotiating and/or managing prepaid products a plus. J.P.
