BUSINESS ANALYSIS MANAGER The Business Analysis Manager will be part of the Business Services team and work closely with the Finance business and systems teams supporting Oracle's E-Business Suite and legacy Finance applications. Major duties and responsibilities include: Taking a principal role in the analysis tasks of major projects, both as an individual contributor and a team lead. Providing expert Business Analysis and Business Process Transformation capabilities to identify requirements and define solutions. Ensuring that solution design is in line with technology roadmaps and working with architects to ensure that system architecture meets business needs. Leading and developing other Business Analysts to grow organizational capability and providing expert coaching across the organization as needed. Developing consistency and quality across the BA resources. Assisting senior management in defining project scope, resource requirements, benefits, risks and deliverables. Leading analysis work to identify IT and process solutions for complex business issues. Planning and defining analysis tasks on major projects Working with project and program managers on planning activities (scope, project plans, resource requirements etc). Performing business analysis tasks on the most complex projects, and/or coordinating these tasks between a team of BAs / SBAs. Allocation of resources to projects. Ensuring objectives, performance reviews and development plans are executed. Taking a leading role in the local and global BA community to enable networking and knowledge sharing between BAs and to deliver continuous improvement of the BA competency.
