Role Purpose:

Provide financial support, analysis and commercial challenge for decision making to the Customer Management Leisure team and to play a key role in the GB Business Analysis management team

Specific Areas of Role Accountability:

Developing Customer Management business partnering and embedding within the Leisure Customer Management Team

Member of Finance Manager community playing a supporting role in development of people across the whole GB finance department, through development of culture, succession planning and coaching

Support the evaluation of Terms Proposals for the Leisure channel, including post reviews of investments to identify learning's and insights to improve effectiveness and returns from future investments

Process champion for the Terms Process across Finance and Customer Management, helping to drive a culture of continual process improvement associated with this investment area

Conduct periodic performance reviews using internal and external data, with Customer Management to inform CME, GBOC and ultimately Group ExCo by investigating and understanding key performances with a focus on action

Support the forecasting process ensuring a robust, deliverable plan with clear risks opportunities identified

Communicate across Finance Route to Market (RTM) Marketing BAM's to facilitate the execution of an aligned commercial plan

Support Customer Management in producing a 3 year strategic plan and one year AOP

Utilise best practise information sources to ensure the team is continually improving both effectiveness and efficiency

Support the Sales Operations Planning process

Ad-hoc support for the Head of Business Analysis

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

Degree or equivalent

Qualified Accountant - ACMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent

Experience Skills Required:

FMCG experience, ideally across a variety of finance functions

Strong leadership skills across a network of contacts throughout the business

Strong analytical skills and an ability to distill key messages from complex data and explain them to a non-finance audience

Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes

Ability to lead the commercial agenda with Customer Management by being proactive with a strong communication skills
