Overview:

The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the delivery of solutions and applications covering Middle Office functions, from conception and requirements gathering to working product. The role combines project management, business analysis and internal client relationship management. It will require working closely with both business and IT management, in addition to developers, data managers and infrastructure teams.

•Business analysis, requirements interpretation and documentation, design and development team engagement

•Matrix management and coordination across technology teams and with external vendors.

•Participate in business case creation and management.

•Business liaison and relationship management for a subset of internal clients, in order to understand their objectives and motivations. Implementing solutions and services to help achieve them.

•Work closely with development teams to ensure delivery.

•Adhere to and participate fully in the organisation’s project governance practices.

Skills Experience Required:

•Full project life-cycle, bespoke application development, delivery and implementation.

•Understanding of structured process environments.

•Good knowledge of software development practices.

•Knowledge of managing internal client relationships.

Knowledge Required:

•Trade capture and processing with a detailed knowledge of the trade lifecycle including, application of charges and settlement instructions, Position Keeping and Exception processing.

•Trade types of Equities, Bonds, FX, Repos, Stock Borrowing and Lending

•Full project life-cycle for bespoke applications
