A Leading Asset Manager in the City has come to market to look for a Performance and Attribution Business Analyst to work on an exciting and long term project in the countries capital. The client has a long term view and tradition of staff retention and security.
Your role will be to assess the current environment within the organization and work to continually improve the business areas within the performance and attribution space.
This Performance and Attribution Business Analyst role will involve hands on core Business Analysis duties and include Monthly client reporting and dealing with investment stakeholders and senior staff across the business so there is a need for top level communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful Business Analyst will have a proven track record of Business Analysis experience within an Asset Management house and have solid Performance and attribution experience. You will Ideally have strong experience with Decision tools/ Performance tools (eg Bi-SAM).
You will be joining an exciting and challenging large scale programme that is due to run for the next 2- 3 years.
