Business Analysis – Structured Credit recruitment
Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting project planning phase and track progress accordingly (incl. management of risk, issues and dependencies)
- Business requirements gathering and documenting
- Running workshops and meetings with project stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve key issues
- Working with IT to define solution architecture in line with business requirements and operating model principles
- Working with other (operations, finance, risk) teams to ensure front and middle office design meets F2B integrity across end to end business infrastructure
The successful candidate will have
- Good understanding of the credit product suite (CDS, credit indices and tranches), preferably with some knowledge of structured credit products as well (CDOs, CDO squared, baskets)
- Good knowledge of Credit end to end processing, preferably with some structured credit exposure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A desire to improve processes and eliminate waste and inefficiencies
- Ability to organise own work and mange time effectively
