Business Analysis
They are looking for individuals that can demonstrate outstanding academic achievements and have spent approximately three years working within a leading financial institution or management consultancy in a Business Analyst Capacity. Given the Derivatives focus of the group, solid Derivatives product knowledge is key and you’ll have to be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge/experience of exposure to Derivatives products from any asset class. Business analysis is also vitally important and you’ll need to have hands on experience as well as a detailed style to conducting the entire project lifecycle.
In this role you’ll be responsible for interacting with all business users in order to gather business requirements, compile these in business requirements documents process documentation as well as work with IT on the functional specifications. Testing and go-live will be the later stages of projects you’ll be involved in.
