Job Description:
The analyst will support the requirements and business modeling life cycle for the “Service Delivery Business Process Modeler” (SDBPM) portfolio business case and other dispatch reduction related work requests.
1.Analyzing and understanding project scope and objectives
2.Analyzing existing business requirements
3.Gathering and organizing existing system requirements into logical inventory to input into a business process modeler data dictionary
4.Preparing requirement specification and Functional design documents using:
a.Business Processes Modeling Use cases
b.Process maps
c.Data flow diagrams
d.Building business process modeling templates
e.Defining data attributes
5.Coordinating with IT development team
6.Soliciting business requirements from key stake holder interviews
7.Preparing executive summary readout documentation
8.Providing recommendations for business improvements for road map projects
9.Training process owners and staff administrators on the functionality of the new SDBM tool
10.Developing standards, methods and procedures to be followed
11.Data Mining and reporting to support use case development.
12.Complex Event Processing (CEP)
13.SOA event-driven architecture (EDA)
